today I've been a little bit bored so I baked a cupcakes.
It should look like baseball balls. ;)
- 125g butter
- 125g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 125g flour
- 2-3 tbs milk
- Buttercream:
- 120g butter
- 240g icing sugar
- 1-2 tbs milk
- red icing (I use ready icing from Dr.Oetker)
Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a 12-hole muffin tin with paper cases.
- Cream the butter and sugar together in a bowl until pale. Beat in the egg.
- Add flour and milk.
- The mixture should have a dropping consistency.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cream the butter, sugar and milk together.
- Spoon the incing into cupcakes. And decorate with red icing.
