Slow-roasted tomatoes with beef medaillons

Hello!
Yesterday I cooked this meal. My parents came back home and I wanted to make something yummy. The slow-roated tomatoes is recipe from Jamie Oliver's website.
So, here we go. :)


Ingredients
  • Roasted Tomatoes
    • tomatoes 
    • garlic
    • basil
    • salt
    • pepper
    • balsamic vinegar
    • virgin olive oil
  • Beeg (I used beef medaillons)

Preparation method
  • Preheat the oven to 170°C. 
  • Put tomatoes, herbs and spices into baking dish. 
  • Bake for one hour.
  • Put the meat into pan and roast it from both sides.
