Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 250 g plain flour
- 250 g caster sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- butter and sugar for wipe out
- 50 g sugar
- 400 g curd
- chocolate icing
- strawberries
Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Wipe out the baking tin, use butter and sugar.
- Mix the butter and sugar together. Add the flour, vanilla extract, water, baking powder, eggs.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- The cake has to get cold. Cut open the cake. So you have two lower cakes
- Meanwhile, mix the curd and sugar. Spread one part of cake with sweet curd. Than put the other part on it.
- Spread the cake with rest of the sweet curd. Add the strawberries and chocolate icing.
