Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 140 g sugar
- 2 tsp gingerbread spices
- 100 g butter
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 2 tbps honey
- 2 eggs
Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Mix sugar with 2 eggs and butter and add honey and gingerbread spices. Then stir flour and bicarbonate of soda.
- Tip the dough out, knead briefly until smooth, wrap in cling film and leave to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Roll the dough out and using cutters, cut out the shapes.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
